The property consists of four buildings with showroom, office, warehouse and garage spaces on more than 2 acres of land in downtown Allentown. It was sold to Grove Supply, Inc. by the owner, David Fisher. Senior Vice President and Associate Broker Ann Kline represented both parties in this transaction.
Grove Supply, Inc. (GSI) sells plumbing supplies to plumbers, contractors, builders and many other industrial and institutional customers. It is the Delaware Valley's largest independently owned plumbing and heating supply house, with twelve locations in the area. The company operates five showroom locations in Doylestown, Fox Chase and Devon, Pennsylvania, as well as Wildwood and Hightstown in New Jersey.
