A rapidly growing New Jersey engineering firm will open its first office in Pennsylvania later this year. Maser Consulting P.A. has agreed to lease a 4,536 SF office suite in Crown Pointe Corporate Center in Bethlehem Township.

Maser Consulting (www.MaserConsulting.com) is a multi-discipline engineering firm specializing in planning, design and construction engineering. Maser has 275 employees in seven offices across New York and New Jersey. The Crown Pointe office will be the firm’s eighth, and its first location in Pennsylvania. Maser has been recognized as one of “ New Jersey’s 50 Fastest Growing Companies” for the past two years and has also been ranked among Engineering News-Record’s “Top 500 Design Firms” for seven years. The firm was founded in 1984 and is headquartered in Red Bank, NJ.

Senior Vice President Ann Kline and Associate Vice President Matt Macdonald from the real estate firm Markward Group represented the property owners in the transaction. “Maser is an aggressively growing company and they will create good jobs in this area.” said Markward Group’s Ann Kline. “We’ve been marketing Crown Pointe to New Jersey-based companies and we expect to see more interest as they begin to recognize the advantages the Lehigh Valley has to offer.”

Crown Pointe Corporate Center ( 3101 Emrick Boulevard) is a new construction three-story Class A office building located in Lehigh Valley Industrial Park VI in Bethlehem Township, PA. The property is owned by Crown Point Corporate Center, LLC. Markward Group is the exclusive listing agent.
