Markward Group, Inc. is pleased to announce the lease of two suites in Green Hills Corporate Center, 5925 Tilghman Street in Allentown, PA. Senior Vice President and Associate Broker Ann Kline represented the owner and both tenants in the transactions.

Lithko Contracting, Inc. has nearly doubled their space to 4,200 SF. Lithko is a construction contractor that performs total package concrete projects for clients throughout the United States, specializing in tilt-up construction, specialty and large placement warehouses floors, distribution centers and light industrial projects.

Trans-Bridge Lines has taken 2,400 SF with plans to use the space as offices and a departure point for affiliate Trans-Bridge Tours. Trans-Bridge Tours conducts one-day and overnight motorcoach excursions to destinations in the United States and Canada. Trips that previously departed from the company’s Jordan Park location on MacArthur Road will now leave from Green Hills Corporate Center.
