Two New Retailers for Chestnut Court

Markward Group is pleased to announce two new tenants have leased space in Chestnut Court Shopping Center, located at 4030 Chestnut Street in Emmaus, Pennsylvania. Allegro Dance Studios, LLC will lease a 1,000 SF suite while Bella G’s Italian Specialty Foods & Catering will take another 1,000 SF. Derek Zerfass, Markward Group’s Retail Director, represented each party in the transactions.
Allegro Dance Studios will open on November 1st and offer classes in ballet, jazz, tap and hip-hop for children ages three and up. Allegro will also offer a full adult program and specialty programs such as an all-boys dance course, baila conmigo, prop design and musical theater. Bella G’s Italian specialty foods and catering is owned and operated by AnnMarie Stubb, whose parents John and Rose Patti owned the original “Giovanni’s Italian Foods and Pasta Pantry” in the Allentown Fairgrounds Farmer’s Market. Bella G’s will offer home-made Italian sauces and soups, fresh pasta, raviolis and salads as well as fine Italian meats and cheeses. Opening is targeted for January 1, 2008.
