New Suburban Philadelphia Office
Markward Group Opens Lansdale Office

Markward Group, Inc., an Allentown-based commercial real estate firm, purchased a new 7,100 square foot office building at 1537 North Broad Street in Lansdale to house its suburban Philadelphia regional office.

The purchase of the building sets the stage for the company’s continued growth in the suburban Philadelphia commercial real estate market. Over the past few years the company has moved beyond the Lehigh Valley to increase its presence throughout Bucks and Montgomery counties. Moving the suburban Philadelphia office to Lansdale builds upon this base of business while laying the groundwork for future growth.

The building was chosen in part due to its capacity for expansion in the coming years. “We’re very happy with this purchase. The size and location position us to better serve our clients in this region,” said Steve Carroll, Vice President and Associate Broker. Steve manages Markward Group’s suburban Philadelphia office and has led the firm’s strong growth in the Greater North Penn and Indian Valley region.

With a continuing influx of new talent, Markward Group has grown considerably over the past several months. The Lansdale office is home to brokers Stephen Carroll, Bill Newman and Jordan Mulrain.
